Services

We provide residential and commercial air conditioning installation, repair, maintenance, duct cleaning, and heating services. We serve Southwest Florida, including Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed professionals (License #CAC1817070).

Estimates and Payments

Estimates are provided before major installation or repair work begins. Final pricing is based on the specific scope of work, parts required, and diagnostic findings. Payment is due at the completion of service by cash, card, or check unless a financing agreement or commercial contract is in place.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. If a technician has already been dispatched for an emergency call, a trip fee may apply.

Service Access & Safety

The customer must provide safe and clear access to all HVAC equipment (including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor units). We reserve the right to decline service if working conditions are deemed unsafe, illegal, or contain hazardous materials (such as asbestos or severe biological growth) that require specialized abatement.

Care and Liability

We work with care and professionalism to protect your property. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Purified Air Conditioning Inc. is not responsible for preexisting system failures, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
